HOW TO HELP CLOSE KNIT HUGS

• Knit a square or crochet one--see our Template and Knitting Instructions
• Donate any odd skeins of yarn; we can pass them along to knitters who want to help us
• Donate unused black and/or white yarn--I use these colors to piece the blankets together
• If you cannot knit or crochet, visit the Blankets for the Gulf Project--there are other blankets to make which require little sewing or knitting skills!
• Forward our webpage to your friends
• Request some of our postcards to pass around to your local knit shops or groups which contain all the pertinent information including instructions--send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Close Knit Hugs~P.O. Box 1100~Lewiston, Michigan 49756
• Visit this site often; we will post pictures of our completed blankets and any news related to the project which you might find useful
• Send us any suggestions you might have.
